New details and the premiere trailer have arrived.
Today, DICE released the first trailer for “Aftermath”, the upcoming expansion for Battlefield 3, which is set to release first on November 27th for Premium PS3 members.
Set in Iran following a devastating Earthquake, Aftermath will include four new multiplayer maps, modified vehicles and the all new Crossbow. As far as the modes go, Aftermath will feature all of the multiplayer modes from the base game, and the all new Scavenger mode, where players start with only a knife, one grenade and sidearm and from there you will need to scavenge around the map to find more powerful weapons.
The Battlefield 3 Aftermath DLC will cost $14.99, unless you purchased Battlefield 3 Premium, which would make it free. As I said at the top, Aftermath will release first on the PS3 for Premium members and then gets staggered for everyone else. Refer to the release date list below to find out when you can get your hands on it and then check out the new trailer.
