Tomb Raider Caves and Cliffs Map Pack Announced

Posted by Scott Grant | 06 Mar 2013 |

Yes, there’s multiplayer, and yes there’s DLC already.

Just one day after the release of the new Tomb Raider game, Square Enix have announced that they will be adding to the collection of multiplayer maps with some DLC that will be available soon.

Tomb Raider Scavenger_Caverns

The Tomb Raider Caves and Cliffs map pack DLC will be available exclusively to Xbox 360 users, for a short period, releasing on other platforms at a later date. Caves and Cliffs will include three new multiplayer maps:

Scavenger Caverns
An extensive subterranean network of caves used by the island’s scavengers as an underground prison.

Cliff Shantytown

This scavenger settlement was built high up on the island cliffs. Its many layers hide some of the deadliest traps on the island.

The Burning Village

A raging fire has embraced an abandoned Japanese village, the burning buildings offer multiple ways to escape or engage your enemies.

Look for Caves and Cliffs on the Xbox 360 on March 19th, for 400 MS Points ($4.99) and other platforms later on, and don’t forget to read our Tomb Raider review.
