But you’ll have to wait a little longer for your money.
Rockstar released a new patch, version 1.05, for Grand Theft Auto Online today, and announced that the Stimulus Package of GTA$ should be handed out later this week.
This isn’t a large patch, but rather a small update to fix a couple of issues that some players have been experiencing. The latest patch comes just before Rockstar are set to release the first Content Creator tools, for creating Deathmatch and Race jobs, and the Beach Bum DLC pack, which includes new vehicles, character customization items, and a series of new jobs that take place around the beaches of Los Santos. They haven’t revealed the exact release date for either of those, so stay tuned for more info as it’s released.
Patch 1.05 includes the following changes:
- Built in measures to prevent users from losing their progress when there is a cloud outage.
- Built in a number of measures to protect players’ cash balances even if there are network problems.
- Fixed an issue where on rare occasions during network problems the player could lose their Online vehicle or mods after exiting GTA Online.
